A rare cousin of Kombucha, Jun is made by fermenting green Tea and raw honey. Our Jun is made with 100% certified organic honey. Honey allows for a smooth, clean taste that customers love. Honey provides antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. In addition, honey is a natural source of energy and supports healthy digestion. Our Jun culture feeds on honey and is uniquely adapted to work with the host of bacteria, organisms and antimicrobial properties present in raw honey. In order to preserve beneficial microorganisms Vitality drink Jun kombucha is never pasteurized. To produce one 355ml bottle, 5 teaspoons of honey are used.
